Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. Controller

Roni Omar, Merschstr. 8, 48599 Epe, Germany. Email: rooneydarko55@gmail.com.

2. Website hosting

The website is hosted through Vercel. Technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs may be processed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

3. Purchases and payment

For a purchase, the service processes the checkout email, order identifiers, payment status, consent record, license key, activation status, and related support information. Stripe processes payment details; RETIQON does not store full card numbers.

4. License activation

The activation service processes a cryptographic representation of the license key and a hashed device identifier to verify the one-PC license, prevent abuse, and support deactivation.

5. Support requests

Information submitted through the support form may include the sender’s name, email address, order or license reference, topic, message, IP-based rate-limit data, and timestamps. Direct emails are processed through the email service used by the controller.

6. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract performance: checkout, digital delivery, activation, and support.
  • Legal obligations: accounting, tax, and transaction records.
  • Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service security, troubleshooting, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
  • Consent: optional marketing or non-essential tracking, should it be introduced later.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Essential technical storage and security mechanisms may be used where necessary. Non-essential tracking will be disclosed and, where required, activated only after consent.

8. Retention

Order and accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods. Support and security information is retained only as long as reasonably required. Revoked license records may be retained to prevent reuse and document refunds.

9. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be shared with hosting, payment, database, email, security, accounting, and professional service providers only as necessary. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards are used.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

11. Contact

Send privacy requests to rooneydarko55@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before order or activation information is disclosed.
