1. Digital delivery
RETIQON is digital content delivered electronically. During checkout, the buyer is asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the legal consequence for the statutory withdrawal right where the applicable requirements are satisfied.
2. Before delivery begins
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and digital delivery has not begun, the buyer may exercise it within the legally applicable period by sending a clear statement to rooneydarko55@gmail.com.
3. After immediate delivery
Where the buyer validly requests immediate delivery and provides the required acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may expire after delivery begins. Mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
4. Voluntary refund review
In addition to statutory rights, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be reviewed when the license has not been activated, an order was duplicated, or a verified technical issue cannot be resolved. This voluntary review does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Technical problems
Contact support with the order email, Windows version, exact error message, and a description of the problem. Support may provide troubleshooting, a corrected download, a replacement key, or a refund as appropriate.
6. Abuse and exclusions
A voluntary refund may be refused for key sharing, activation-bypass attempts, repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, use that violates a game’s rules, or inability to use the software on an unsupported system disclosed before purchase.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The associated license may be revoked when the refund is confirmed.
8. Model withdrawal statement
“I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of RETIQON ordered on [DATE], using order email [EMAIL]. My name is [NAME], my address is [ADDRESS], and the date is [DATE].” Send the statement to rooneydarko55@gmail.com.
