1. Seller
RETIQON is offered by Roni Omar, Merschstr. 8, 48599 Epe, Germany (“Seller”). Contact: rooneydarko55@gmail.com.
2. Product
RETIQON is downloadable Windows software that displays a customizable aiming overlay. Current system requirements, features, version details, trial information, and pricing are shown on the product page.
3. License grant
After successful payment, the buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on one compatible Windows computer. Ownership of the software and its intellectual property does not transfer to the buyer.
4. Activation
A license key may be linked to a device identifier. The buyer may deactivate the old device before moving the license to a replacement computer. Sharing, reselling, publishing, or generating unauthorized keys is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
The buyer may use RETIQON for lawful personal use. The buyer is responsible for checking the terms and competitive rules of each game or platform. The Seller does not promise that every game permits third-party overlays.
6. Restrictions
Except where mandatory law permits it, the buyer may not distribute, rent, sublicense, remove rights notices, bypass activation, or reverse engineer the software.
7. Trial
The trial lets a user evaluate compatibility and features for seven days. Attempts to reset, manipulate, or repeatedly recreate a trial may result in access being blocked.
8. Payment and digital delivery
The price is displayed in euros and payment is handled by Stripe. After verified payment, the license is generated and displayed on the secure success page. The buyer must save the license key for activation and future support.
9. Updates and availability
The license covers the purchased release and compatible maintenance updates made available by the Seller. Major future versions may be offered separately. Activation and download services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
10. Defects and liability
Mandatory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability.
11. Key security
The buyer must keep the license key private and provide accurate purchase information. Suspected stolen or abused keys may be suspended while ownership is verified.
12. Governing law
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version accepted at the time of purchase applies to that order.
